In the daily operation of shopping services, the platform will strictly implement standardized service processes, and try its best to avoid unreasonable service differences. Users are required to take full responsibility for their own shopping decisions and operation behaviors, and shall not transfer personal behavioral risks to the platform without basis. For special service scenarios and unforeseen transaction problems not covered by the terms, both parties shall resolve them based on fair and reasonable principles and conventional service processing logic.
